Born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, Connor attended Scots College before making the move to Auckland where he studied screen production to Honours level at The University of Auckland. A writer, producer, and director, Connor's debut short film "One Hundred and Twenty Seconds" was selected for the Show Me Shorts film festival in 2019, New Zealand's premier and only Oscar® qualifying film festival. In that same year, Connor and his best friend received funding to produce and direct a short documentary, "Her Beneath Her", through the ChillDocs Fund Initiative by Chillbox Creative. This documentary was selected for the 2020 Show Me Shorts Film Festival. Connor also directs music videos, his most recent being "Live For Each Other" by legendary NZ post-punk band Cut Off Your Hands.
