Kelvin Blunt is an American actor, born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. Kelvin received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Dance from Missouri State University. While at MSU, Kelvin achieved both artistic and academic success, winning numerous awards including the Kathleen Turner Scholarship, the Minority Leadership Scholarship, and Best Thespian and John Goodman Professional Performance awards, respectively.
Kelvin spent three years in Chicago honing his craft while performing in numerous productions including A Raisin in the Sun, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Zoo Story. Kelvin also performed in regional theater throughout the Midwest, including Lincoln Amphitheatre in Lincoln City, Indiana, and Richardson Theatre in Winfield, Kansas.
Kelvin has achieved a diversity of success since moving to Los Angeles, CA. In addition to numerous acting credits on-stage and in film, TV, and music videos, Kelvin worked as Associate Producer at E! Entertainment where he wrote and segment-produced for many of E!'s top-rated shows. He also completed his Masters in Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Kelvin has also been a big supporter of the Gay & Lesbian Elder Housing project, the Black LGBT Network, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and Project Angel Food, respectively.
