Tammie Salter

Born and raised in a small town in Mississippi, Tammie grew up watching old classic films with her mother and knew by the age of 7 that she wanted to tell stories. In first grade she would write short stories along with stick figures and the kids would crowd around during recess time daily to get the next installment of the stories. Her love of acting, writing, and directing led her to the University of Alabama where she received a degree in theatre and telecommunications and film. She also minored in psychology which is also a great love of hers. After college Tammie relocated to Atlanta, Ga where she studied film and on camera technique with acting coaches and studios such as Kristen Angell Shaw Acting Studio, The Company Acting Studio, and Actor Boutique. Tammie is known for her strong emotional range and expressive eyes and tends to play characters that are wholesome but powerful, sassy southern belles, and characters that appear composed but emotionally unravel. Tammie is also a content creator and has gained popularity across social media for her time traveling content, dramatic shorts, and web series such as The Best Wives Club, Charm City, and her Quantum Leap series where she leaps to different decades as she completes different assignments. Tammie's goal as an actress and storyteller is to entertain, educate, and heal.
