C.J. Tyson

CJ Tyson honed his skills at the Governors School for the Arts in Norfolk, Virginia, and furthered his training at Denise Wall Womble's Dance Energy. Immediately after high school, Tyson embarked on his professional journey, starting with Sesame Street Live. In 2005, he moved to New York City, where his talents have been showcased in Broadway productions like "Wicked" and "West Side Story: The Revival". His television appearances include Lip Sync Battle (2015), Saturday Night Live (1975), The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (2014), The Ellen DeGeneres Show (2003), and Late Night with Seth Meyers (2014), complemented by film performances in Ted 2 (2015) and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping (2016).
