Howard Guidry $3,000 to kill Farah just 8 days before the Frattas' divorce was finalized. As of February 2016, Fratta, Prystash, and Guidry await execution in Texas. Fratta and Farah's three children -
Amber Baquer,
Bradley Baquer, and
Daniel Baquer - who were raised by Farah's parents,
Lex Baquer and
Betty Baquer, after her murder, took Farah's maiden name. Amber told
Werner Herzog in an interview that the next time she wants to see Fratta is when he is put to death. 'Mike Charlton (V)' acted as Fratta's defense attorney at Fratta's trial.
