Andres Montero

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Andrés is a composer, arranger and orchestrator residing in Los Angeles, California. Since 2015 Andrés has been part of the team at JoAnn Kane Music Service (JKMS), one of the top music preparation houses in Hollywood. Outside of JKMS, Andrés has worked with Tim Davies (Composer/Orchestrator) as an additional orchestrator on The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part (2019), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation (2018), Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (2016) and the TV Series Revenge (2011) and Empire (2015). Additionally, Andrés works as an orchestrator for the composer Anne-Kathrin Dern. The film Four Enchanted Sisters (2020), which they collaborated on in 2019 was distributed by Disney.

He is a founding member of the Foundation Symphony Orchestra of Bogotá (FOSBO) where he has been working as a prolific arranger of Colombian and Latin music adapted to the symphony orchestra for the concert hall.
