Claire holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She received grants from the Ian Potter Foundation: Cultural Trust and Arts Queensland: Career Development Fund to study Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) London,2011.
Claire has worked with Queensland Theatre Company, Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble, Laboite Theatre Company, Queensland Ballet, High Tide Theatre Company & Only Connect (UK), The Good Room, Dead Puppet Society, Underground Cinema (Melbourne), Boutique Theatre, Hoy Polloy, Act-O-Matic 3000 & Burning House Theatre. Claire has also performed in Brisbane Festival and Adelaide Fringe Festival. She wrote and produced the comedic sell out seasons of Mona Brow Williams presents (Anywhere Theatre Festival) and Battlefield Blues (Melbourne Fringe Festival). She has been in many short films and Australian features including "I've met the devil", "Milquetoast", "Waiting Room", "She said, he said", "JUCY", "Reef n Beef" and "All my friends are leaving Brisbane".
Claire was shortlisted twice for the Queensland Theatre Company's Young Playwright's award and won the Best Female Actor at the Warner Roadshow Queensland New Filmmaker awards. Claire writes and produces her own work. Her most recent short film From Bella to Chanel: A day in the life of Kristen Stewart has been selected and screened around Melbourne & Sydney including the Setting Sun Short Film Festival, Women Media and Arts Film Festival, Melbourne Underground Film Festival and Cinewest's Sydney Fringe season.
