Daniel Markovich is a distinguished L.A-based composer and orchestrator with a unique, yet versatile sound.
He studied in the music academy at Tel Aviv University and Guildhall School of Music and Drama where he continued his composition studies. His works are regularly played on television and have been screened in major festivals around the world, including Cannes Film Festival and Viennale Film Festival.
In addition to his works for TV and Film, Daniel was commissioned by the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra to compose the opening piece of the 79th season, in memory of Shira Banki. The piece, 'Holes Through Time' conducted by Frédéric Chaslin, attracted great attention, with featured pieces in many major newspapers worldwide.
Daniel endeavours to create distinctive melodic motifs for each creation. He consistently produces memorable themes which invoke emotions that complement the characters and storylines in each production.
