Greta Bellamacina is an English Actress. She is best know for Tell That to the Winter Sea (2024), Commedia (2023), Venice At Dawn (2022) and Michael Winterbottom's SKY TV political drama This England (2022).
For her performance in her critically acclaimed directorial debut Hurt By Paradise (2019) she was nominated for the prestigious 'Michael Powell Award for Best British Film' at the Edinburgh Film Festival, in both the lead actor and director categories. Hurt By Paradise was also nominated for 'Best UK Film' at the Raindance Film Festival. The Evening Standard wrote, "Bellamacina is as precise and bold as Joanna Hogg."
She also appeared in Apple TV series The Essex Serpent (2022), and the US feature film Highway one (2021).
Variety recently announced, "Honor Swinton Byrne (The Souvenir) and Greta Bellamacina (Tell That To The Winter) are set to star in Jaclyn Bethany's upcoming feature film "All Five Eyes."
