Sahil Salathia is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Hindi movies and web series. He was born to a Dogra Rajput family in Jammu and did his schooling from Apeejay School in Delhi.
He completed software engineering from the Punjab University, Chandigarh.
The versatile artist emerged as a trained actor from Barry John Acting School. He represented India at Mr. Asia 2012 in Hong Kong while he was still studying to be an engineer and was a finalist (Top 5) amongst 32 Asian and Euro-Asian countries. Subsequently, Sahil did several commercials and campaigns for many popular brands, which include Idea Cellular, Tata Indicom, Kingfisher, Big Bazaar and Mercedes Benz, among others.
The maverick actor has received great recognition and accolades for his impactful performances, donning several hats for different roles. He has appeared in various leading magazines, such as Maxim, GQ and Hello to name a few.
Sahil made his acting debut as the male lead in Ashutosh Gowariker's Everest in 2014, playing the role of a celebrated mountaineer called Arjun Sabharwal. This was followed by a series of projects, including 'There Will Be Tomorrow' in 2016, in which he played the role of Adam Alfredo.
In the following year, Sahil was the part of the cast for a hollywood film Heartbeats, portraying the character of Kishore Zinta. In the same year, he played the role of Yusuf,the main antagonist in TV Series P.O.W. Bandi Yuddh Ke directed by Nikkhil Advani.
In 2019, he made his bollywood debut with Panipat, featuring as Shamsher Bahadur in the Ashutosh Gowarikar film. The next year, he appeared in Hasmukh as Rahul Kapoor.
Sahil played the role of Bhanu in TV Series Paurashpur in 2020. He also featured as Yudi in Kaun Banegi Shikharwati which was credited as a special appearance. His latest works include Adhura on Amazon, wherein he portrayed the character of Suyash Verma, one the main protagonists.
