D.G. Guyer joins one of the best films of 2014's follow up hit John Wick 2 starring Keanu Reeves set to be released in 2016. This comes after a string of well received and awarded indy films currently playing on the festival circuit.
Guyer is accomplished on both the screen but mostly in reinventing herself after raising 3 boys, surviving divorce, releasing slaves in Sudan, running for Congress, starting a magazine and finally starting a media news service... D.G. embodies strength, wisdom, nurturing, leadership and business savvy giving her all the tools to play a broad spectrum of roles.
Guyer was born in New York City and raised in Long Island, NY. She attended college and shortly after graduating married and had 3 boys. After raising her family and getting divorced, D.G. had the overwhelming urge to make a difference and pursue her dreams. Within the depths of her scholarly and business accolades, it was her drama studies which rose to the forefront, resulting in making her career choice acting.
D.G's interests are as diverse as the roles she has played and the life she has led. A life-long activist in charity work, she finds balance in giving back and helping educate and empower those who don't have the same means. In the midst of acting she is also focusing much of her creative energies into producing and seeking passion projects.
