Raised in both Broward and Miami-Dade County, Florida, Desirée got her start in music at the age of 11 years old in the singing duo, Girls 3000. After making a name for themselves locally, Desirée went on to release her solo songs "Wish We Were Grown" and "Crush On You" in her teen years. This marked the catalyst for the start of her acting career in 2012 when she booked Lifetime's "America's Most Wanted". At the age of 18, Desirée moved to Los Angeles to advance her career in acting and music. Since then, she has written, directed, and produced the TV show, "Loyalty", in addition to starring in multiple films and TV shows. Desirée has also released her biggest original songs to date: "Nobody Else" and "One Time Feat. Bounty Killer". As of November 2023, she is in the pre-production phase of her upcoming independent crime drama film "Blue-Blooded", which she wrote and will produce alongside Miguel A. Nunez Jr. and Shawntrel Knight. Bill Duke is set to direct.
