- Jamall J. Robinson is an American author, songwriter, business manager and actor born in Berkeley, California. CEO of I Rock Music Inc a music distribution platform and Managing Member of MasterCraft Entertainment, LLC.
His first book, Chasing Joseph, is a largely autobiographical work. He has written four books -The Keys To Lasting Wealth, a educational work, and a religious tract titled The Devil Has Many Faces and Forbidden Fruit.
Robinson first won acclaim as rap an artist with the 2006 debut album Prince of Tha Streetz, which sold over 200,000 copies. His 2007 follow up album, Ya Royal Freshness, sold over 100,000 copies in its first week. Later albums included The Dark OutCome (2011), Slave (2014) and Slave Reloaded (2015), Forbidden Fruit (2016), Trials and Tribulations which featured multi platinum R&B singer Marques Houston.
Film credits include The Cool Kids (2016) from MasterCraft Entertainment, which he produced; and co-starred in, and is currently co-writing Cool Kids 2 : Ghost Never Sleeps (Movie) and Chasing Joseph (Movie). Robinson has work with artist such as Moniece Slaughter of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood, Candice Boyd of The Four: Battle for Stardom and Marques Anthony of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood and protege of movie star Jamie Foxx.
