A native Mainer, Sokhean has a love of storytelling upon graduating from Boston University's Cinema and Media Production MFA program concentrating on Cinematography. A natural artist since he was a child, he is drawn to directing his own stories centered on simple human emotions and life experiences in, "Wish, I Was There" (2021), "Where You'll Be" (2020) and his concept short film, "Within I" (2022).
