Cobra Kai Season 6 is finally here and it’s even better than the last one, which no one thought was possible. The Netflix series follows the story of Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), who has kind of left bullying and turned into a karate instructor. The series continues the story of the 1984 film The Karate Kid, in which Johnny lost the “All Valley Karate Tournament” to his enemy Daniel (Ralph Macchio). In the series, Johnny inspires weak kids to learn karate so that they can stand up to their bullies and fight to protect themselves. Still, everything goes wrong in a very entertaining way and many iconic characters from the Karate Kid movies appear in the series. So, if you love the teen drama, action comedy, and martial arts in Cobra Kai here are some similar shows you could watch while waiting for Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2.

Not too long ago, “Netflix will greenlight anything” was a strong enough meme that it was featured as a joke on actual Netflix shows like Lady Dynamite and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Now that meme is in danger of becoming “Netflix will cancel anything.”
The streaming giant today announced that it has canceled its two remaining Jenji Kohan-produced shows: Glow and Teenage Bounty Hunters, according to Deadline. The latter’s cancellation comes after just one season and the former’s cancellation arrives despite the show previously being confirmed for a fourth and final season.
In the case of Glow, the cancellation comes due to the coronavirus-related shutdowns and the difficulty of producing a highly physical show based on professional wrestling.

Exclusive: Netflix has opted not to pick up a second season of Teenage Bounty Hunters. The news comes nearly two months after the series’ August 14 debut on the streamer.
Created by Kathleen Jordan, Teenage Bounty Hunters centered on fraternal twins Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini), who are looking for more trouble beyond their pristine Southern lifestyle. The twins team with experienced bounty hunter Bowser Jenkins (Kadeem Hardison) and start bringing in local criminals. The girls balance the hazards of their secret profession with the finer details of high school life including romance; advanced school work; and, of course, the popular kids. Sterling and Blair work to keep their academic lives and their questionable extracurricular activities separated.
The show cracked the Nielsen Streaming Rankings Top 10 for the week of August 17-23.

“Teenage Bounty Hunters,” which launched last week on Netflix, is a series set in a broadly satirized private high school environment, in which sheltered, Type A young people with a knack for rivalrousness and secrecy end up enmeshed in heightened drama.
In other words, it’s like “The Politician” — except good.
The new series, which has been perched in Netflix’s top-ten most-watched column in recent days, bears similarities in situation and in vervy energy to Ryan Murphy’s drama, which launched last year to a muted reception. The difference between the two shows may suggest a smart path for Netflix to continue walking down: Working on crafting purposefully small shows rather than reverse-engineering a zeitgeist hit through famous names.

Building a show around a pair of siblings has its challenges. Especially in the case of “Teenage Bounty Hunters” — which finds fraternal twins Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini) juggling the demands of high school and a part-time gig apprehending criminals. A central relationship around a close family bond needs a certain kind of calibration. Make the two too trusting of each other and you lose any sense of tension. Have them at each other’s throats all the time and it becomes repetitive.
But with Phillips and Fellini as anchors, “Teenage Bounty Hunters” avoids that problem altogether. Whether it’s in the pair’s occasional twin telepathy side conversations or in the regular day-in-review chatter, having these sisters who clearly care about each other is worth recommending the show all on its own. That persists whether they’re trying to navigate the tricky waters of high-school crushes or fledgling undercover detective work.

Netflix's new comedy Teenage Bounty Hunters centers on a pair of twins, Sterling and Blair, who team up with an established bounty hunter to track down bad guys and collect the rewards. So are the actresses actually twins in real life, or is this just a case of really good casting?
Although they certainly look like they could be twins in real life, actresses Maddie Phillips and Anjelica Bette Fellini, both 25, aren't even related at all. Fellini is still very much a newcomer to the business. Her most recognizable role has been on the superhero drama The Gifted, where she played Rebecca, aka "Twist." Her only other credits are the movies Sid Is Dead and The French Dispatch.
Phillips, on the other hand, has acting roles going back to 2013. For the most part, she's had one-time guest roles on established shows, including spots on Lucifer, iZombie, and Supernatural. She's...

Netflix's quirky action comedy Teenage Bounty Hunters is one of the newest shows on the platform, but we're already wondering if there will be a second season. The show, which follows a pair of teenage twins as they team up with a pro bounty hunter to track down baddies, still has its future very much up in the air.
Right now, there hasn't been any word about whether the show has been renewed for a second season or if it's going to be cancelled. For a little while, at least, we really can't expect to hear any news. Aside from its most popular, attention-grabbing titles, Netflix rarely renews shows immediately, and even then, it can take weeks or months after the initial release for the news to break. Since the first season is just debuting on Aug. 14, it's far too early to expect Netflix to have made a decision one way or the other.

This Teenage Bounty Hunters review contains no spoilers and is based on the first five episodes.
When it comes to television shows about teenagers who stumble into a purpose greater than that experienced by their peers – something both dangerous and occasionally thrilling – Teenage Bounty Hunters is in some very good company. Whether it’s the classics like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars, or some of the more recent superhero fare, it’s not hard to find shows that want to capture the particular demographic-conquering magic that comes with this kind of premise.
The series follows twin sisters Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini) as they accidentally enter the world of bounty hunting following a freak road accident. In a world of frustratingly vague TV show titles like Reprisal, Dark, and Run, some titles have the moral courage to stand up and declare their intentions, loud and proud. Such is the case with Netflix’s latest teenage action comedy. It’s called Teenage Bounty Hunters and you will absolutely guess what it’s all about.
Teenage Bounty Hunters stars Maddie Phillips and Anjelica Bette Fellini as fraternal twins and best friends Sterling and Blair Wesley. As the show’s title so helpfully implies, Sterling and Blair are 16-year-old bounty hunters. Netflix’s full synopsis of the show reads:
“Rebelling against their buttoned-up Southern community, sixteen-year-old fraternal twin sisters Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini) Wesley team up with veteran bounty hunter Bowser Jenkins (Kadeem Hardison) for an over-the-top adventure as they dive into the world of bail skipping baddies and suburban secrets while trying to navigate high school drama — love,...

Gotham vet Chris Chalk has joined HBO’s limited series Perry Mason as beat cop Paul Drake, our sister site Deadline reports.
Emmy winner Matthew Rhys (The Americans) stars as the titular fictional defense lawyer, who is working as a low-rent private investigator in 1932 Los Angeles. Chalk’s Drake — who was played by William Hopper in the original CBS drama — is described as an outlier with a knack for detective work. Drake must navigate an extremely race-conscious city and a downright oppressive police department.
Rounding out the ensemble are Shea Whigham (Homecoming, Boardwalk Empire), Nate Corddry (Mom), Veronica Falcon (Queen of the South...
