Scott Painter(II)

Scott Painter grew up in the aviation community. At the age of 17 he enlisted in the Navy and quickly became in-flight engineer for the S-3 Viking and later for the E-2C Hawkeye allowing him to grow his love of aerial cinematography. He has been piloting full scale and RC aircraft for over twenty five years. Mr. Painter is an FAA licensed pilot with a complex high performance rating and has a Part107 drone license. Scott has an extensive military aviation background, holds a B.S. degree in Aviation Management, and is obtaining his MBA thru Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Scott took his love of aerial filming and started his own company in 2014. Birds Eye Aerial Drones, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business owned and operated by Scott. Scott, the CEO and Chief pilot, is also a member (director of photography) of the Local 600, the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) as well as a volunteer emergency drone pilot with Air Bears. Birds Eye Aerial Drones operates a diverse fleet of registered drones to meet the needs of this growing industry.
