Stanton Lee

Stanton Lee was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in the sub-community of Echo Park. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps via the delayed entry program in his junior year of high school and reported to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego the day after his senior graduation in 1990. After earning the specialty of infantry: machine gunner, Stanton served at Marine Barracks Subic Bay, Philippines and then at the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines at Camp Pendleton, CA. After his initial enlistment he attended the Pasadena City College and the California State University Los Angeles graduating with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 1998. Stanton earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant in 2000 and graduated from the Infantry Officers Course in 2001. He then served with the 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines and participated in the initial deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He served a number of billets in the Marine Corps thereafter including as a staff officer at the Advanced Infantry Training Battalion at his Alma Mater at the School of Infantry-West, Camp Pendleton, CA and finally as a Civil Affairs Team Leader at the then 3rd Civil Affairs Group for his third combat deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) in 2010. In 2011 Stanton concluded his service to the Marine Corps with a career spanning 21 years and across the globe. Some of his decorations include the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Combat Action Ribbon with second award star. In that same year he opened a firearms and tactics training company in the Los Angeles, CA area. In 2015 he entered the entertainment industry as an actor and quickly earned SAG eligibility and commercial representation. His careers have converged and he has taught fellow actors in the safe and proficient use of firearms and the employment of tactics. Stanton has recently been hired as a technical advisor for a military themed production marking his next career plateau.
