Marta Haug

Marta Haug was born in Bielsko Biala Poland, to a poet and literary critic Jerzy Gizella and a novelist and editor Ewa Lach-Gizella. Her father is Polish, Hungarian descent and mother Polish. She has two elder sisters who reside in the states. After her birth her family moved to Krakow and lived there until they migrated to the states. Early childhood she attended music school in Krakow with a focus on the classic piano.
