Aaron Briffa was born 18th October 1976, son of Nicholas and Gina Biffa. He is the younger son from his older brother Aldo. Aaron lives in Mqabba, in a small place in the countryside at the south of Malta. Aaron got married on 10th October 2010 to Claire Briffa from Tarxien. Even she is into entertainment, and she works at the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra. They have a son Neil born in 2008 is also into media and has passion to the same industry. His son Neil studies media at the Malta visual performing Arts.
His father Nicholas inspired him a lot during his childhood as he was into the entertainment industry preforming as an illusionist during the 80's era where preforming magics was one of the main phenomena at that time. His father between 70's and 80's he used to produce and directing various local feature movies and theatre productions. His father as a profession he used to work as financial Controller in one of the major TV Station in Malta and became Mayor of same place where he was born.
Aaron speaks three languages, Maltese, English and Italian. Aaron is into painting, sculpture, miniature painting as hobbies. He is a collector and most of his collection is attached into the entertainment too. He collects memorabilia of movies, props, costumes, comics, statues and much more. He is a very physically active and doing fitness sessions at the gym is essential for him.
Aaron Briffa is related to Joe Sacco a Maltese American cartoonist and journalist. He is known for his comic journalism.
Aaron Biffa's specialisation started in high-end animation and visual effects for the film and TV industry. Between 1993 and 2013 he worked for Malta major TV station where he rose through ranks to most senior roles in production and TV programming.
Over his career he has been nominated and won, numerous local TV awards on the broadcast sector for Visual effects and production, during the Malta Television Awards during the 2000 and 2013.
Since 2014, worked on numerous marketing campaign, advertising, and documentaries for local and foreign TV stations, such as RAI, National Geographic, Heineken International.
Aaron was also in charge for the visual identity of stands in the 2015 World EXPO in Milan. Produced Malta Eurovision song branding of 2014.
Between 1993 and 2013 he worked at ONE Productions, in various senior roles, where he oversaw producing TV series and programs. Between 2014 and 2018 he was in charge on various projects focusing mainly on production, digital editing, animation, branding, and effects. The local customer base has included Farsons, CHOGOM, Valletta 2018 and many others.
Between 2013 and 2019, Aaron was tasked to oversee and implement marketing campaigns and artistic director for the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta.

The award-winning Blood on the Crown (2021) starring Harvey Keitel and Malcolm McDowell, and Hounds of War (2023) starring Frank Grillo, Robert Patrick and Rhona Mitra.
