Jocelyn Shelfo
- Actor
Born and raised in a suburb outside of Atlanta, GA, Jocelyn began acting in high school. She quickly booked a few local commercials and short films; some of which did well in festival runs and scored her first co-star role in the series American Soul. Soon after, she was cast as spunky debutante Marissa, a recurring role in Amazon's The Summer I Turned Pretty and later as spirited, K-Pop loving, boarding school student, Madison. She appeared as Madison in 10 Episodes in Netflix's Xo, Kitty, the series spinoff of Jenny Han's To All The Boys I've Loved trilogy. Most recently, Jocelyn wrapped a supporting role in the feature film May December, directed by Todd Haynes. The film made its debut at The Festival De Cannes 2023, picking up a splashy 11 Million Dollar US Distribution sale to Netflix and a lot of Oscar Buzz. A lover of the outdoors, Jocelyn's fondest memories include working on a dude ranch, skiing, camping, and scuba diving. Shelfo is both a comedy fan and a comedienne having trained in improv by UCB's own David Stork. Currently a student at the acclaimed Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), she plans to graduate with a Performing arts & Business management degree in 2025. Jocelyn is an avid fan of photography and thoroughly enjoys art history. She has a love of learning and even worked with a dialect coach to learn to speak some Korean for her role in Xo, Kitty. Dedicated to her craft, she has worked on both sides of the camera and was a PA on a few shows as well!
