Aixa Kay

Aixa Kay (pronounced eye-sha) is a Saudi performer who works between Saudi Arabia and Canada. She's a member of the actors union UBCP/Actra. Her recent work includes a series regular on "Banaat Thanawi" by the acclaimed Syrian director Rasha Shurbatji and a lead on the feature film "Jasmine Road" by the award winning Canadian director Warren Sulatycky. In 2021, she received three award nominations in the best lead performance category. Aixa keeps busy both in front of the camera and behind the mic, having recently narrated two audiobooks, an Autobiography and a YA Fantasy. She has an MA in creative writing from Portland State University and was the Head-Writer on 2 TV comedies for MBC. She's preparing to pitch her TV Series Pilot "Mother Afraa", which she developed through the Red Sea Series Labs.
