Mirla Pereira was born in Havana, Cuba.
At the age of 14 she made her first appearances in local theaters in Havana, Cuba.
Some of her TV credits include: Aurora and My heart beats for Lola Volcano.
She has appeared in films such as Duelo de Pasarelas and Honey Cycle.
Mirla has performed on stages around the world including North America, South America and Europe.
Follow by an artistic residency focusing on anthropology theater and movement at the Odin theater in Denmark with master Eugenio Barba.
