Nathan studied Film Studies & Traditional Animation at the age of 19, from a VFS instructor at Applied Multimedia & Design in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
Not doing much in the industry after, until 2015 when he ended up auditioning for The Revenant. Nathan then ended up getting on Hell on Wheels, Fargo Season 2, Wynonna Earp, The Shocking Truth Documentary series, Sex, Lies & Murder series as a featured extra. Even making it on the AMC Hell on Wheel website in a gallery photo along side Christopher Heyerdahl at the peak of a mountain for Season 4. This rekindled his love for Film which he has admired since his 80's childhood.
In his elementary school years Nathan took Drama as young as Grade 4. He played the lead role of "The Elf Who Hated Christmas!" where he memorized his 1st monologue.
Primarily Nathan works behind the lens, diversifying his Film career skill-sets in both, DGC Alberta & IATSE212. Gratefully, Nathan works very hard in all these departments; DGC - Locations (PA, ALM, Locations Scout) IASTE212 - SPFX 3rd Assistant, LX & Electric - Lamp Op & LX Rigger, for both Film & Stage, also as a Setwireman & 1st & 2nd Unit Grip! His latest work was on PREY Film as a SPFX Assistant, Heartland Season 16, The Last of Us, Billy the Kid, Ghostbusters Afterlife, Land, A Teacher & Jumanji: The Next Level to name a few. Nathan has even co-wrote a screenplay titled "Shadowman" Directed & Produced by Jaime Hernandez regarding a very important societal topic; mental illness. Nathan will continue to strive on to fulfill all his life long dreams including; writing, directing, & producing his own productions in the years to come.
