Clark and McCullough are divorce lawyers who create havoc in court with client Tom Kennedy. The jury is filled with a fully dressed band and plays inappropriate music at oddball times. As usual, Clark dominates, but McCullough seems to be more interested in eating snacks rather than doing anything concerning the case although he does seem to be writing down notes. Helen Collins is the wife in this, and basically it's a filmed version of an old vaudeville sketch that burlesqued divorce cases. Mickey Rooney and Ann Miller parodied these in the musical revue "Sugar Babies" where he played the judge and she showed off her legs to win the case while a straight man played the lawyer. It's overly forced which results in the diluting of humor, suffering from poor writing and rotting corny humor.
