Sheldon's mom Mary has come for a visit and her son is anxious for her to make some fried chicken but since she just arrived from a long flight, Leonard offers to take her to a sushi restaurant instead. This gets Sheldon a little disappointed since she's also not going to make her pecan pie later on. She also won't go to a lecture with him since she's been to enough of those when he was growing up as she wants to see the sights in L.A. Unfortunately for the rest of the gang, those sights are mostly to churches...Won't reveal more but will say Laurie Metcalf is once again quite funny in her politically incorrect way with her comments especially when finding out about Leonard's relationship with an Indian woman thousands of miles away. And Sheldon sure is insecure when it comes to having to share his mom socially with his friends. So on that note, "The Rhinitis Revelation" is another funny ep of "The Big Bang Theory".
