As much as I love Monster High, and the amazing animation, this movie was just bad. From beginning to end it's just too bland and missing those key elements that make Monster High so special. Like always, they suffered with adding characters. Rochelle barely talked throughout the whole movie along with the new characters. I liked Porter and would have loved to see him and Spectra together, but it felt like he was all in and she was somewhere else. Plus, the whole Headmistress thing confused me. Especially when they allowed her to stay.
Overall, just not that great. At least there was a terrific lesson added in, though.
