Attracted by the reviews, claiming the director to be a "tarantino", I genuinely tried to watch this "gem". I love Tarantino, I love Rodriguez, I really love slashers, gore and weird sense of humour. Alas, there are only buckets of red paint, whizzing of the drill and poorly filmed choreographics of actors being flung onto the walls. The plot of "Tokio Gore Police" is a monument of sophistication in comparison with this "masterpiece". If you have plenty of time to waste, go ahead. My friends and I used to have a "bad films' club" where we would watch such "artistic" movies, like "Killer Condom". This film would be definitely a king of the evening. The film editing digs deep into the early 90's style of showing all the slugfests and does it unfortunately not as a joke. The acting... well, they tried to fit into the genre. All in all, unless you run a "bad films' club", stay away. Otherwise, you found a gem!
