- After being born in Munich, Germany Julia Palmer-Stoll spent her childhood in Spain. Since her 16th birthday she had guest appearances in several TV series. It was her role as Simone in the popular German TV series Marienhof (1992) which made her famous.
She always did a lot for animals. During a vacational trip to Spain a sick dog crossed her way, causing her to take him back to Germany to find somebody to care for the dog.
When trying to save a hedgehog from being run over on a country road she was hit by a car and dragged across the street for more than 30 metres. She died in the afternoon of 9th June 2005 from her injuries at the hospital in Murnau after being flown there by a helicopter. - Actor
