While given her first chance to direct a complete film, Lillian Gish was dismayed to find Paramount's new East Coast studio at Mamaroneck, NY uncompleted. She was also assigned the daunting task of supervising the studio's construction as well as directing her sister Dorothy Gish in this film. Dorothy married her co-star, James Rennie, after production wrapped.
Remodelling Her Husband ( 1920) is listed as a lost silent film.
