MGM's first sound picture. It was completed as a silent film before Irving Thalberg sent back Lionel Barrymore and William Haines to repeat their performances for the last two reels with sound.
Long thought lost, a cut down Version (4 reels of the original 10 reels) has been found in Italy and was screened 2017 in London.
