The Other Side of the Door: "A family lives an idyllic existence abroad until a tragic accident takes the life of their young son. The inconsolable mother learns of an ancient ritual that will bring him back to say a final goodbye. She travels to an ancient temple, where a door serves as a mysterious portal between two worlds. But when she disobeys a sacred warning to never open that door, she upsets the balance between life and death.

Among the questions posed, we asked them which cameras they used to film their projects. Overwhelmingly, the various models created by Canon were the most popular, however both Red and Alexa cameras had a decent showing. All the films were shot on digital at some point, with some capitalizing on the Apple technology in their pockets. iPhones weren't used exclusively, like on the production of "Tangerine," which premiered at Sundance in January, but both "A Woman Like Me" and "I Dream Too Much" made use of the jack-of-all-trades cell phone.
