The film is based around a black man being charged with the rape of a white girl. This is mentioned and discussed throughout, but euphemistically as "taking advantage."
Two children are assaulted at night in a wooded area by an alcoholic white man. Implication is this man might have been a serial sexual predator, or least intended to physically assault the children in some manner. He is interrupted and stopped. No sex or nudity.
