Los Angeles - Actor Robert Ginty, who starred in the movie The Exterminator, has died aged 60 in Los Angeles from cancer, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday. Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1948, Ginty started his showbiz career as a rock drummer who played with Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, but switched to acting after his band appeared in a film.
