After stick flees from the botched money drop in the van, Nestor is handed Stick's bag with his daughters picture. The bag would have been in the burning van. The pursuing thugs never reached the van before they fled from the fire.
During the meeting with Mokie and the drug dealers early in the movie, the position of the puddles changes.
Mokie's revolver has no bullets when he shoots Cornell and when he holds it on Stick.
At 1:16, during the conversation between Stick, Chucky and Nestor, on the close-up shots of Burt Reynolds, you can see his reflection over his right shoulder. This is due to a piece of glass being used to block the actors from the wind, to keep their hair from blowing.
When Mokie holds the knife to the prostitute's face, it is apparent that the "blood" came from the knife and not a cut.
In the opening credits, the train seen is on the Florida East Coast Railroad, headed southbound into Miami; a few seconds later, he jumps from a different boxcar, from a northbound Seaboard Coast Line train just north of the Intracoastal Waterway drawbridge in Fort Lauderdale, 30 miles away.
