3 Men and a Baby is an American remake of the French film, Three Men and a Cradle (1985) [3 Men and a Cradle] (1985), by French screenwriter and filmmaker Coline Serreau. 3 Hommes et une couffin was adapted for the American version by screenwriters Jim Cruickshank and James Orr.
