The bed scenes between Ophelia and Hamlet reveal much of the activity
There are brief flashbacks of Ophelia and Hamlet in bed, implying they had a sexual relationship at one time. We see Hamlet on top of Ophelia, kissing. We see the top of Ophelia's breasts (nothing explicit) as he lays on her. There is no nudity, and the scenes last for only a split second.

While the First Player is recounting the grief of Hecuba, we see brief flashbacks of the destruction of Troy. There is a lot of chaos, but nothing graphic or bloody.
Hamlet kills Polonius by stabbing him through the curtain multiple times. He falls to the ground and blood comes pouring down over his face. Very brief and not very graphic.

It is reported that Claudius holds drunken parties every night, but this behavior is not condoned. In fact, it is mentioned at one point that Denmark is now held in ill repute as a result of the drunken and immoral activity at the castle.
