Shot in thirty-six days.
Tim Roth couldn't stand Deborah Kara Unger during filming, which wasn't easy as they were supposed to get close to each other. She felt it, and the director reassured her as he could when he knew very well that it was true.
The 3 main actors had different ways of acting. Tim Roth was cheerful offstage and needed only one take each time. James Russo stayed in his character, and wasn't nice to anyone. Finally, Deborah Kara Unger needed to offer several ways to play for everything, which wasn't easy for what to keep.
Filmed in Staten Island, N.Y.
