Boston, 2009. A police detective (Roddy Piper) searches for Adrian Dunn, his ex-partner (Billy Drago) who murdered his wife. Dunn has escaped from prison on the moon and returned to Earth with an alien virus.

Boston, 2009: a maverick police detective (Roddy Piper) must work together with a microbiologist to capture Adrian Dunn (Billy Drago), his former partner. Dunn went bad and ended up imprisoned on the moon. There he was exposed to a deadly, highly contagious virus that turned him into a murderous mutant who's now escaped and returned to Earth. First he killed the detective's wife. Now, if he is not stopped, Dunn could wipe out all humanity.

An explosive sci-fi thriller in the tradition of "Predator," "Alien" and "Blade Runner." In the bleak, not-too-distant future, renegade Boston cop Cameron Grayson (Roddy Piper) must track down a brutal rapist who is infecting his victims with a lethal retrovirus. Grayson must overthrow his deadly nemesis in order to save the city--and perhaps the entire world.

Convict Adrian Dunn gets into an altercation with another prisoner. After Dunn kills him, something bursts from the corpse's face, landing in a wound in Dunn's arm and apparently causing his death; but he comes to life again. Black Shield Cop Cameron Grayson (Roddy Piper) takes the case of tracking down Dunn.
