(at around 9 mins) When the Djinn is held at gun point in the museum, the guy that is supposed to be frozen can be seen moving.
When Gregory buzzes Morgana in her loft and identifies himself, she simply invites him to come in without having to press her own button or do anything else to allow access.
Gregory and Morgana open the newspaper dispenser without putting any money in.
(at around 28 mins) Morgana makes a snide comment to a male character during a morning scene, "What the matter, never seen a woman without any makeup before?" even though she is clearly wearing makeup.
(at around 7 mins) When the broken, glowing, red jewel is moving on the floor, someone is clearly shaking the section of flooring to make the jewel move. From the right side, the flooring can be seen moving up-and-down quickly to make it move.
During the big prison fight, the two Asian thugs kick the big Mexican prisoner and it's clear he is wearing padding under his shirt, to protect himself from the kicks. Obvious in High Definition.
The first victim of the Djinn wished he'd never been born and his wish was granted. That should mean that his girlfriend and everyone else who knew him should have their memory of him wiped clean. She should not be grieving for him.
(at around 1h 3 mins) Before the Djinn leaves for the casino, he says he needs 800 more souls, meaning he bargained for around 200 in the prison. Later, after the Djinn collects souls (at around 1h 24 mins), the casino owner tells him 200 people died. This would only put the total of souls around 400, far short of the 1001 the Jinn is supposed to collect.
Morgana never witnesses the age regression of Eric or the police officer being frozen in the museum, despite the waker being connected to the Djinn and having visions anytime a victim is killed or has their soul taken to charge the stone.
One of the key aspects of this film is that the Jinn needs 1000 souls, so that it's master can use there three wishes and the Jinn will inherit the earth. There is one problem with this and that's it established in the first film, that the Jinn needs less souls, somewhere between 5 and10. So the 1000 soul thing is plot hole, as the Jinn would only need a few souls and he should have been able to to approach the master much earlier in film. The film changes the mythology but it's supposed to be a direct sequel, so the mythology should have not changed and it creates a plot hole.
Wishmaster ends with the heroine wishing the accident that freed the jinn never happened, meaning the events of the first film never occurred. This includes the jinn killing the real Nathan Demarest to steal his face. The sequel has the jinn again using Demarest's appearance, who is still alive because the two technically never met.
The actor that plays the Jinn clearly breaks character multiple times throughout the film, and he slips up several times. Sometime his smile is done on purpose but it's clear that he is often laughing without there being a reason to and it's funny to spot.
