When Nestor and Bolus chase Ben for the first time on the road, if Ben had previously left the ramp on the destroyed bridge, the ramp is not shown when the chase reaches the Poyahoga Gorge and Ben does a U turn to take the road again.
At the rest stop, Corley is seen lying with his arm at a right angle above his head but when Ben looks at him up close his arms are at his sides

None of the bikers in the game appear to utilize any form of critical safety gear, like helmets (although some wear knee pads). Given infinite number of instances Ben can crash his bike in fight sequences (and one particularly bad accident that figures into the basic plot), it is highly unlikely that Ben or any of the other bikers (e.g. the Vultures, as seen in at the end of the game, unharmed) would have escaped serious injury from all high-speed bike crashes that they endure, even if they were wearing safety gear.
If Ben fires the machine guns on Ripburger's semi, Ripburger will laugh and remark "I think you just killed a seagull!" But other than coastal areas, gulls are generally not native to arid desert environments, like the game's location. Yet the remark could have been just blatant sarcasm.
When Ben is captured by the Vultures, Suzy says 'Rack 'em up!'. There is only one prisoner, so she should not be using a plural.
