Salman Khan Once Insulted Himesh Reshammiya & Anu Malik For Copying Songs (Picture Credit: Instagram)
Salman Khan is one of the few people who never gets bothered about making fun of people on National platforms. He has done so quite a number of times on many reality shows, be it making fun of Shilpa Shetty’s judging skills or Mudassar Khan’s life lessons. But all of them waived it off except Himesh Reshammiya.
Himesh is one of the very few who has never shied away from calling a spade a spade, and he gave it back to Bhaijaan when there were roasts involved in Himesh’s professional ethics.
The story goes way back to when Salman Khan arrived on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa along with Katrina Kaif to promote his film Yuvraaj. Salman and Himesh worked together in many films. In fact, Himesh got his break...

Distribution
Wendy Morgan‘s animal welfare docu-drama “Mercy” has been picked up by Los Angeles-based distributor All Channel Films, Inc. All Channel Films will represent the film, which premiered at the Awareness Film Festival in October, in the U.S. and Canada across pay and basic cable, video/DVD, VOD/SVOD, PPV and other distribution platforms.
With humans standing in for animals, “Mercy” lifts the lid on the more unpalatable side of the meat industry as told though the eyes of a pig named Mercy as she goes from a factory farm to a slaughterhouse. Maria Austin (“The Reverend and Mrs. Simpson”) plays Mercy alongside Annette Badland (“Ted Lasso”), Mark Wingett (“Quadrophenia”) and Morgan (“Mrs. Lowry and Son”), who wrote and directed the film.
“One of my goals was to bring ‘Mercy’ to North American audiences to raise awareness about the film’s disturbing but important subject matter,” said Morgan.

Moez Masoud will helm “Hello Brother,” a movie about the deadly terror attacks on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The film will follow a family facing death and destruction in Afghanistan who escape with their lives. Their story meshes with that of the recent attacks by a 28-year-old white supremacist on the Al Noor Mosque and Linwood Islamic center. The shootings claimed the lives of 51 worshipers and were partly live-streamed on social media. The title of the project is based upon the words of the gunman as he entered the first mosque.
Masoud is a producer, Cambridge scholar and noted public speaker. His movie, “Clash,” was the opening film in Cannes’ Un Certain Regard in 2016.
“In Christchurch, on March 15, the world witnessed an unspeakable crime against humanity,” Masoud said. “The story that ‘Hello Brother’ will bring to audiences is just one step in the healing process, so that we...

Members of The Vampire Diaries cast foreshadowed a darker final season, and The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 has definitely begun to deliver on that promise.
From the set lighting to the storyline to the despair Stefan Salvatore's facing about his brother's descent into madness, "Hello, Brother" just felt heavy. And that's not a bad thing.
View Slideshow: The Vampire Diaries Photos from "Hello Brother"
Julie Plec has teased that Elena Gilbert will factor heavily into this season's narrative, and tonight's premiere definitely sets that tone.
Bonnie, Stefan, and Caroline are all taking turns writing diary entries to Elena, which is a callback to The Vampire Diaries Season 1's "Dear Diary" episode opener. Scenes from previous episodes with Nina Dobrev in them also featured prominently tonight, most notably Damon's first meeting with Elena, a scene we've only witnessed once.
That scene matters because Damon is on the verge of flipping his humanity switch,...

Stefan Salvatore will be a man on a mission when The Vampire Diaries Season 8 kicks off this Friday night.
Oh, yes, The Vampire Diaries is finally back in our lives.
Its final season gets underway on October 21.
In the following clip, we see Stefan and Bonnie walking in the woods, with the former talking about clues (that is, dead bodies) that may lead them to Damon and Enzo.
No one has seen these two since the end of last season, when whatever the heck was in that vault took them over and caused them to go on a killing spree.
Stefan is determined to track his brother and quasi friend down.
But Bonnie is near the end of her magical rope.
It's unclear how much time has gone by since we last saw our favorite Mystic Falls residents, but it's clearly been awhile. They've obviously been searching and searching and searching.

The Vampire Diaries is entering its final season on The CW.
The little show that could has managed to defy the odds throughout its run.
Remember when you first heard of it?
You probably thought it was going to be a lot like Twilight.
It did sound pretty similar, but the end result was thrilling drama that kept us on the edge of our seat for a few years.
The problems started when The Originals started being fazed out on The Vampire Diaries Season 4, but it meant we got another show set in The Vampire Diaries universe.
It's crazy to think what The Vampire Diaries would look like today if there was no spin-off. How would the originals play into the current events?
Ending a series is always a bittersweet situation, but based on the new pictures from The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1, it appears that we're going back to the beginning.

Though the two reigning superstars of Bollywood Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are lions of their own jungles, they are at par in terms of popularity, name, growing fanbase, Box-office status and much more, there are times when our style bhai was way ahead of Shah Rukh. Here we go listing 8 such things that Salman did even before Srk attempted it.
Went shirtless:Salman was the one who brought in the trend of making shirtless appearances in the films. Though Shah Rukh initially stayed away from it, later he too was seen flaunting bare torso.
Six pack abs:The fad of building up six-pack abs was started by Salman when he got the gals hooting for him in the track 'O O Jane Jana' from Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya. Srk also followed the suit in the film Om Shanti Om and Happy New Year.

Hindi films are known for their romance and it is one of the reasons so many people fall in love with the heroes, the heroines and the films! So for Valentine’s Day we present what we think is Romance Bollyishstyle!
The One with the Tune and the Recording
We could not pick just one scene from the great Dil Toh Pagal Hai starring Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Karishma Kapoor and Akshay Kumar. However, the two that stand out for our writers are:
That moment when Madhuri and Shah Rukh are in adjoining changing rooms in a clothing store, and Madhuri hears him whistle a tune. She later hears it again and knows it was meant to be!

The music of Kick released on Monday and has been fully appreciated by music lovers and critics alike. BollySpice had previously bought you the news, from Music Director Himesh Reshammiya, that there will be a musical surprise for fans before Eid from Kick. That surprise has now been revealed: Salman Khan has sung 2 more songs for Himesh in the album. Apart from crooning in the song ‘Hangover’ for Meet Bros Anjjan, Salman has also lent his voice to the unplugged versions of ‘Jumme Ki Raat’ and ‘Tu Hi Tu’.
While Salman fans have loved this special surprise from their idol, Salman thinks otherwise about his singing abilities. Speaking to Toi in a recent interview, Salman said, “I sing badly but I can sing just about anytime. I don’t care about how I sing… I sing, I don’t care. It’s common for talks of records breaking to follow a film once it has released however, perhaps for the first time the media is able to report a record breaking figure for a film prior to release.
Salman Khan’s upcoming January release, Jai Ho, has been picked up Eros International for domestic and overseas distribution. The team at Eros sat down for a screening of the film to decide on the distribution details including the final figure. However so impressed with the film they cut discussions short within 1 hour of watching the film and struck a deal of 110 crores for the distributions rights. Making the film a member of the 100 cr club much prior to the release! Made on a reported budget of 130 crores Jai Ho is safely on its way of making its investors more than happy. Incidentally this is said to be the biggest budget a Salman Khan film has had.

It's no secret that NBC's comedies haven't exactly been winners in the ratings lately.
And if NBC president Jennifer Salke's comments are any indication, the peacock network isn't happy with the direction cult comedies like "Community" and "Parks and Recreation " have taken NBC.
"We just want a different brand," Salke, who joined NBC in July 2011, told TV Guide. "We don't want a narrow brand in the sense of some of those shows that we inherited here, which we're huge fans of, [but] have a very narrow audience."
Could Salke be particularly frustrated with "Community," which had its Season 4 premiere date pushed back this season? It's possible, and the actors seem equally frustrated.
Upon discovering that the fourth season of "Community" wouldn't be airing on October 19 as originally planned, the cast immediately released a video message to fans.
"October 19 isn't just a date, it's a state of mind," Abed (Danny Pudi) joked.

"Community" was supposed to air on Friday, October 19 ... until NBC announced it was delaying the premiere. However, the cast of the NBC comedy insists the date still means something to them and has released a special video to the dedicated Human Beings.
"October 19 isn't just a date, it's a state of mind," Abed (Danny Pudi) says in the video below as he attempts to explain the date's meaning with Troy (Donald Glover). "October 19 is a feeling within us all. Whenever a kitten tries to crawl into a a cardboard box on YouTube ... Whenever a stranger reaches out his hand to another stranger and says 'Hello brother!"
The stalled "Community" premiere isn't the only shakeup NBC has seen in recent days. The peacock network nixed "Animal Practice" and put "Whitney" -- which also had a delayed premiere date -- in its Wednesday night time slot.
"Whitney" premieres on Wed., Nov.
