Goofs

(at around 41 mins) The girls run out of the diamond exchange before they can put on their shoes, but as they get into their car, they are wearing shoes again.

(at around 46 mins) When Jay and Silent Bob are sitting in the desert with the orangutan, the orangutan's diaper disappears and reappears repeatedly between shots.

(at around 1h 8 mins) When Jay and Silent Bob are running from the security guards from the "Good Will Hunting 2: Hunting Season" set, Jay has his yellow jacket tied around his waist. But in the next shoot, where they are in the "Scream" set with Shannen Doherty, Jay has his yellow jacket on.

(at around 48 mins) While the girls are on the balcony, the brown jacket on the banister changes from being rolled up loosely to being folded and back again between shots.

(at around 1h 28 mins) When Justice is talking to Willenholly, her left hand moves repeatedly from her knee to the floor between shots.

(at around 17 mins) When the dog is talking like Scooby, if you look to the upper left hand corner of the screen, you will notice no-one is driving the car. Since this is a hallucination, logic takes a holiday.

(at around 29 mins) When Jay and Silent Bob pull into the "Stop and Go" with the four girls, three of the girls go through the convenience store's door, but the door sensor only beeps twice.

Actually, Chrissy and Missy enter the shop at the same time, so the sensor cannot discern that they are two customers.

(at around 42 mins) When Jay and Silent Bob release the animals from the test clinic, at least two of the CG mice run through Bob's foot.

(at around 42 mins) As Jay and Silent Bob run from the animal testing center, a Silent Bob and a large German Sheperd run through each other.

(at around 42 mins) After the animal rescue, the van that Jay and Silent Bob traveled in blows up. You can clearly see the van door gets blown off and then hit an invisible wall and bounce back rather than hit the police car that is parked next to it.

(at around 8 mins) When Holden shows Jay and Silent Bob a web site in which anonymous film geeks trash their names, the page's address is seen, and it starts with "file:///Macintosh%..." rather than "http://", meaning that the page is coming directly from that computer, not the Internet.

(at around 19 mins) Silent Bob manages to type the message board post by repeatedly pressing only the space bar.

(at around 1 min) In the beginning when Jay and Silent Bob are in the 1970's, Jay's mom goes into the Record store (RST Video to be) and a Free Willy (1993) video is visible just inside the door, a movie that wasn't released until 1993.

(at around 1 min) The reflection of a 1990s car can be seen on the record store window, during the prologue scene that's supposed to be set in the 1970s.

(at around 1 min) When Jay and Bob are babies the caption says it takes in the 1970's. Bob's mom says she going in the store to get free cheese, but direct distribution of dairy products by the govt didn't begin until 1982.

(at around 59 mins) While Pumpkin Escobar and Jay are showing each other their "union cards", there is a close-up of Pumpkin's card. During the close-up, Pumpkin is speaking, but his lips do not move.

(at around 1 min) When baby Jay chants "fuck" before the dissolve to present-day, his mouth isn't moving.

(at around 1h 7 mins) Preppy Guy's mouth in the Good Will Hunting (1997) spoof doesn't match the words we hear.

(at around 8 mins) Crew members are reflected off the back of Holden's laptop.

(at around 56 mins) After Jay and Silent Bob escape into the sewer pipe in Utah and make it to the end of the line at the dam, two things occur once they climb to the top: 1. There is no water on the other side (mountains can actually be seen), and 2. The background on the waterfall side of the dam is of the mountain face of Pyramid Lake, just north of Castaic, California, named for the way the cut out face looks like a pyramid. This would mean that the pipeline ran all the way from Utah to California and that they made it in the same day on foot.

(at around 24 mins) The girls say they are from the University of Kansas and on their way to Colorado for the protest/break-in, but an earlier scene before Jay & Silent Bob go into the Mooby's (and meet Justice) shows that they are in Kansas City, MO. The University of Kansas is in Lawrence, KS, over two hours west of KCMO, so going to Kansas City would have been completely out of the way.

(at around 13 mins) Jay and Silent Bob are starting their journey in New Jersey but when the two heroes are discussing the rules of hitchhiking with George Carlin's character, the setting is clearly southern California.

(at around 1h 1 min) The news reporter says that they don't know what Jay and Silent Bob look like, but a video of them was previously shown on the news so they do actually know what they look like.

(at around 3 mins) When the kids tell Dante and Randal that they heard about their wedding, a boom mic can be seen in the reflection of the Nails Cigarette kiosk behind them, moving back and forth.

(at around 38 mins) The label in the animal testing lab under the dart gun implores you to "brake" glass.

(at around 1h 23 mins) In her explanation to Jay and Silent Bob about the diamond heist, Justice refers to "Sissy, Missy, and Christy," rather than "Chrissy" - thus ruining the much-celebrated "rhyme scheme".

(at around 1h 19 mins) When Silent Bob is bong-sabering with Cockknocker, at one point if the movie is paused you'll notice that Cockknockers dildo-saber is just a white stick with a red glow to it.
