Timmy's parents entrust his life to Vicki, the teenage babysitter. Hobart and Okra learn the topsy turvy life of Hobart's pet goldfish. A mysterious electrical ray strikes and all the toys come to life wreaking havoc.

When A child named Timmy Turner becomes miserable, he acquires Fairy Godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, who grant most of his wishes. But It's not all fun and games, because Timmy must be careful with what he wishes for, and not break "Da Rules". He gets himself into a lot of trouble, and has to make sure his friends do not know about his godparents while solving his problems.—Jordan
