The title starts with a close-up on the bookstore's entrance. That set-up is completely different than the show's establishing shot of Buy The Book. Ellen is at the door, which is far left of the screen, with a wall to said left's immediate foreground. However, in the establishing shot, the door is smack in the middle of the business, not to its immediate screen-left.
