Purely by chance, the name of real life serial murderer Killer Curtis appeared in a sketch where Alasdair and Lance are both hiding in Alasdair's room from a school bully of that name. After a few airings, it was decided to rename the bully "Crusher Willis" and re-dub the scene, but, by that time, Alasdair's voice had matured and didn't fit neatly with his higher pitched, previously recorded delivery. The re-dub for Valerie (Abby Hagyard) and Lance (Les Lye) fared better audibly, even though lip moments didn't match exactly.
