"Be seeing you" is a commonly-heard phrase in The Prisoner (1967), this movie, and was also one of Patrick McGoohan's catchphrases in Danger Man (1960) and Secret Agent (1964) . McGoohan's character "Johnny Cousin" (a pot-smoking drummer) in All Night Long (1962) uses the phrase also when he says goodbye to the road manager "Berger" towards the end of the movie.
John Lithgow was considered for Number 2, but scheduling conflicts with season four of Dexter (2006), forced him to turn it down.
The phrase "Be seeing you" was also used by Patrick McGoohan in Columbo (1971) season five, episode three, "Identity Crisis".
The character 93 is suspected to be number six from the original series. He wears a similar jacket and the number between 9 and 3 is 6.
