When Mary received the letter from the Academy of Performing Arts, she went back inside her room, and across the house a man can be seen walking and then slowly fading away mysteriously as Mary went back outside.

In the beginning,when Mary goes to get in Tamie's car, Tamie's car is facing the driveway of the house, but when she pulls away you see that its facing the other direction.

When Mary is running away at the ball, she drops her Zune with the earphones attached. But when Joey picks it up, the earphones have disappeared. When he returns it to Mary, the earphones are attached again.

When Dominique goes to Vegas, she says that she's gone all weekend. Then, the same day that Mary and Joey start cleaning, Mary sees him with Natalia. And the morning after that, Dominique is already there. Meaning that she was only gone for a day.

When Joey and Mary are cleaning the house, and are polishing shoes on the sofa. To begin with Joey is wearing slippers, but then has changed back to his trainers whilst still on the sofa.

JP's approach at finding the girl he danced with by having her tell him the four most played songs on the Zune would be impossible, for Zunes do not have a Top 25 Most Played like iPods do.

In the tape of Young Mary dancing to JP's music, she holds up a magazine and even though Mary is much younger in the video, JP is the same age on the magazine.

When Mary and Joey are talking they can't hear one another well enough, as the music's apparently too loud, but when we hear Tammi and Dustin (aka the Funk) are talking, the music's at the same volume, but they can hear one another perfectly.

In the black white ball dance when JP dances with Selena Gomez, you can see that in the end of the dance when she swirls around going towards the twin sisters, the face of the girl dancing is not of Selena Gomez.

They refer to Mary's music player as a Zune. but the player that she hands to the DJ doesn't seem to be the right size to be even one of the small Zunes.

When in the dance studio you can see the light on the floor from the windows going through the "mirror" that is suppose to be there.

In the JP dance competition, Mary sings the lines: "Now you own this floor." But the mic is held on her waist.

When Joey and Mary drive up as Dominique is leaving for Vegas, we hear Joey say "Maybe she took her broomstick" but his lips seem to form a slightly different line, perhaps "forgot" or "broke" instead of "took".

In the JP dance competition, you hear Mary say "give me something with some edge", but her mouth is saying something else.

When JP's family is over for lunch, Bree's mouth doesn't match when she asks "how about you?" to JP, after telling him that she can speak French.
