Finally they have made a game that is it okay to play I Believe that Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005 is better for storyline but gameplay yes it takes it away.

The Good:
NFS Heat is a really solid game. It has an engaging plot and characters who actually have development and somewhat interesting. Races are fun and can be quite challenging. Night races however are extremely difficult. If your a new player and your trying to get some good rep from night, do not go past Heat level 2 because it's the equivalent of You being Nikita Mazepin whilst the Cops are all F1's greatest ever drivers. Once you get a decent car with decent parts you can get to higher heat levels and risk it all. The customisation in this game is really good. The majority of cars have multiple body kit options which you can mix and match.
The Bad: The voice acting is terrible. The Player and Lucas have some good dialogue and aren't too bad whilst Ana is the most annoying character ever. She is straight up annoying. Lucas and Ana will call you at random points and they just end up arguing over the most dumb thing imaginable before you hang up. The Porsche RSR is the most OP car in the game and nothing comes close. You could be racing it against a Lamborghini and it would demolish it. Also the car list is very small compared to the likes of Forza or Gran Turismo. However there is a lot of variety.
Overall it is a solid game but with a few flaws.

This game is Awesome! Frostbite Ghost and EA are doing a great job. It really Reminds me of the first Need For Speed game I ever bought which happens to be 2005 Most Wanted i put it up there with this and that Polestar is insane. I remember when I couldn't stop playing MW till I got my M3 back the story was perfect and the ways they had some small movie cut scene was sweet and when the cops chased me it was Heat pumping non stop I mean I didn't want my car taken it got to the point where my heart was pumping so hard I thought I was having a pannick attack because of how many were chasing me. That game can never be beat even when they had that slow motion hitting the corners like bullet time then realigning yourself and hitting the nitrous it was crazy and I was addicted and couldn't wait to get home after classes to get back on it Even my girlfriend at the time couldn't get enough. I can go on about this but im running out of time. This game reminds me of Most Wanted and these graphics are beautiful then hitting the track and sanctioned legal races then Turning Up! At night? Pssh lov it! Keep up the great work guys I really hope you guys continue this awesome franchise. I know its a bit hard coming up with new material but aye what more do you Want its racing and cops and making your Whip look hot. Bring it on!

The gameplay, mechanics, and storyline are all good but the cops are just way too overpowered. I try just 1 race and then guess what, 3 cops chase me for 15 minutes then more cops appeared and so on until Heat Level 5. And at Heat Level 5 I highly doubt there are any chances for the player to escape and even if they do, the cops are just going to camp in nearby safehouses. Making it unable for the player to end rhe night. The cars are great and there is a big range of them, and there are a lot of upgrades and customizations you can do. Gameplay 9/10. Mechanics 8/10. Storyline 7/10. Enemies(Cops) 2/10. Overall 6.5/10. Im going to put it as a 7/10 to be nice.

I think this game is pretty cool. The detail on the cars is great and the storyline is fantastic. Unfortunately, the story mode is very short, I beat it in less than eight hours. The fact of a character customizer sounds great, but this customizer is not as cool. I thought it would be like NBA2K. Heck, 2K20's can have you scan your face to make your avatar.
I wish the gameplay didn't focus on being at Nighttime so much. The cops literally are so hard to lose no matter what difficultly or what equipment you put your car with. Especially when trying to get to the high heat races, when you have your heat level on 5, there literally is no where you can hide. Even with the ELITE radar disruptor. Also, the nitrous is not as good as the previous games. I've equipped my car with three cans, but when you tap the X button, it uses up one can fully and you have to wait for it to reload. Unlike the previous games where you can hold the button and use your nitrous.
I can praise it for having better car customization that Payback, but still, the 2015's customizer will always reign supreme, it was a lot simpler. Is it worth a buy? Yes! Is the best one on PS4? Not quite.

This is probably the best need for speed ever, its aesthetic and nostalgic, its nearly perfect
I have played almost every single Need for speed game there has been. From the highs of being a teenager and going to my friends house to smash Underground 1 and 2, to sitting back and enjoying the brilliance that was the OG Most wanted, to a few average games like rivals or the need for speed remake. Need for speed heat is for me one of laziest, dullest most depressing need for speed games I've ever played. It starts.... and that's it, you pick a car and you race, no story, no reason to race, just there you go... go race some sloppy, dull tracks and get cash to buy a few menial upgrades to make your car look shiny and drive abit faster. That's fine for 5-10 hours of gameplay but when it's one copy paste track after another the appeal of the game wears off pretty fast. Now I haven't read any other reviews for this game but I'm sure some of them will say the day/night cycle is a "revolution" or it's a breath of fresh air. It's not. Daytime you get cash, night you get rep. Hardly an era defining invention. Daytime is fine, very boring, like a much worse, poorer quality version of Forza but acceptable. Night on the other hand is a hot stinking used diaper wrapped up in a dead fish. It's sucks. Now the cops start out fine, the thrill of avoiding cops and getting your races in is better than day, but all of sudden without blinking an eye I go from trying to do just 2, 2!!! Races and I have level 5 cops in corvettes ramming me and a rhino police van smashing into me head on. I had zero chance of escape, none. I had the starter Nissan 240 car, Albeit modded a fair amount for my low level. Ok I thought that's fine I got busted, my bad, my fault, maybe I need to drive better in future (Despite the fact I can beat razor in most wanted with one hand) but sure it's on me. Then... wait a second, where's all my money ?, Gone!!!. Sank down the drain like this game. They don't just take the money you earned for that day night cycle, they take it ALL. So I would have to go and complete all those awful stupid little circuits and sprints again just to earn my money back. Around 8 hours completely thrown out of the window because I can't escape what seemed to me like a Bugatti cheron police assault with my starter car. To me that is zero fun whatsoever. It's the equivalent of trying to play through red dead 2 and its 80+ hour campaign and if you die just once you have to start from the very beginning. I want to be punished for getting busted, but not to the point where I would be better off deleting my game save. Poor excuse for a game, bang average customisation, poor gameplay and no story whatsoever. 3/10.

The game is designed by greedy businessmen who force players to tiredly make a lot of points in order to upgrade and buy cars. Doing normal races and (side) missions will get you no more than a few points. As I could have guessed there are hundreds if not thousands of videos published on YT. Videos contain glitches, exploits and shady ways on how to obtain points, this not only makes the new players vomit but it also makes them lose interest in the game immediately.
Police cars are overpowered but that is to be expected. What is not expected are the demanded millions of points in order to progress further in game. If a player really wants to achieve the completion of the game then that player would need to farm points with numerous exploits published by YTbers (unfortunately the best and most efficient way to get points). If you were to play with with honor, then you would lose your interest immediately because it would take months.
The story is absolute disaster filled with dialogues that are on the same level of adult videos. Feels like a denied concept of Fast and Furious.

There isn't much to say about this game besides that it's a must buy. The story is rather short but I didn't care, the gameplay, graphics, mechanics, and cars took the cake. Buy it when you can. Here's some of my favorite cars to drive, and why. All of the McLarens, the Porsches, the 60-70's Fords and Dodges, and all of which are fun, good looking, fast, sort of expensive but worth it, and just overall great! And that's just MY favorites, there's plenty of others out there. And they're not just sports cars, there's casual cars as well. Really good game, can't stress that enough. And yes I would recommend well over The Crew and Forza. This game is better than both, not to mention the sound design. The engines... man oh man. Just buy it for yourself.

So the gameplay is not horrible. The AI traffics is just awful. Cars randomly stopping in the middle of the road. Turning left from the outside right lane, or just appearing out of thin air. The biggest downside is EAs servers. They are completely junk. Multiple times I've lost hours worth of play because the server won't update your totals correctly, it will error out wiping all progress, or it will just be down. Many players have quit playing due to the the garbage servers and EAs general lack of competence in these areas. Ghost is a terrible dev. Never again will I play anything by that dev team. It's too bad because this could have been one of the better NFS games, but general incompetence on multiple levels of game structure and online mechanics ruined it for me.
