I believe it's called a manicure.
A lot of fun would be reduced if everyone died exactly the same way as the Precognition Dream, the death of Mechanic's Girlfriend just tells you that the prologue has begun.
Final Destination 4's original title was The Final Destination. It was intended to be the last movie in the franchise.
The Final Destination is the fourth in a series of Final Destination movies, preceded by Final Destination (2000) (2000), Final Destination 2 (2003) (2003), and Final Destination 3 (2006) (2006), and followed by Final Destination 5 (2011) (2011). The script for the first movie was originally written by American screenwriter Jeffrey Reddick as a episode of "The X-Files (1993)" (1993-2002). The screenplay for The Final Destination was written by American screenwriter Eric Bress. The series has given rise to a number of Final Destination novels as well as a comic book series.
The Final Destination follows a group of teens who almost die as spectators attending a race involving a serious race-car crash. Like the first three films, one teen has a premonition just minutes before the crash occurs. He then tries to tell the other teens that they are in danger, and those who follow him out of the stands survive the horrific accident that would have claimed their lives ...for now. After this, the teens who survived start to die one by one in horribly fatal, and usually torturous, accidents based on the order in which they would have died.
Although Samantha thanks the hero for saving her children after the accident at the racetrack, Samantha's kids and husband were not killed in the premonition in the first place and thus were never on death's list. If you watch the accident again Samantha is separated from her kids who are amongst the crowd that get out before the fire.
In actual fact, it's The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996), although it's referred to as Love Lays Dying in this film. The original movie is not in 3D, as portrayed in the film.
