When Sheriff Joy is leaving to find the men who took Flower, Falling Star begins to recite the words (lyrics) to Led Zepplin's "Stairway to Heaven" in Shoshone and Sheriff Joy finishes them, also in Shoshone.
In the second episode Maria says in the diner something to Rhett in Spanish which he doesn't understand. She actually says that she's not used to go on a date with "güeros" (blond/white guys) so he'd better try his best to impress her.
Josh Brolin's (Royal Abbott) real-life daughter, Eden Brolin is in a band with Lewis Pullman (Rhett Abbott). The band's called Atta Boy, with Eden being the lead singer and Lewis being the drummer.
